At Colorimetry Lights, we want your space to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your lighting purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
